shipping, returns, & exchanges

 SHIPPING:

typical processing time for online orders is 1-2 business days. you will receive an email update with tracking information once your order is on its way!

 

RETURNS:

all returns require a return authorization (RA) number. to obtain an RA number, please send us an email at: hello@shopcatkin.com

return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving goods.

RAs are issued monday - saturday from 10:00am - 6:00pm (pst) and may take up to 48 hours to receive.

returns will be accepted on items that are unwashed, unworn, and in original condition.

returns will be refunded to store credit or original form of payment within 7-10 business days from receipt of return package.

shipping charges are non-refundable.

catkin is not responsible for any lost/stolen return packages. we encourage you to ship using trackable carriers. 

all undergarments, fine jewelry, and sale items are final sale.

all markdowns including anniversary sale and end of season sale are final sale.

any return packages received without a valid RA number will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
